Thatched cottages at Buchanty

View of buildings at Buchanty, Perthshire with a horse carriage and a coachman in the yard.

Buchanty is a village on the River Almond about six miles east of Crieff. There are two thatched roofs in this complex and the roof of the light coloured building in the centre appears to be in the process of being re-thatched. This building houses the business of Alexander Christie licensed ale-house and post office combined.
